When Diana and Jim Hall-Yurasits opened Diana’s Cafe over 20 years ago, they wanted a place where people could find delicious, reasonably-priced food in a comfortable setting. Since then, Diana’s has become a staple in Center Valley, serving up comfort food like sausage gravy over homemade buttermilk biscuits, house-made corned beef hash, and of course, mugs of hot, fresh coffee.
Red Door Coffee Roastery
When you visit Diana’s Café, don’t forget to try the delicious and incredibly fresh coffee! Red Door Coffee Roaster is Diana and her husband, Jim’s, family-owned business located on-site. Using beans sourced from around the world, Red Door roasts in small batches to ensure consistency and excellent flavor.
The coffee is served in the Café, as well as available for sale ($14 per bag). Don’t forget to ask your server about the flavor of the day!
